(Computers) from SPPU and holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago. He is also an MBA from Florida Institute of Technology, Florida, USA. He has worked for India International Multiversity (IIMv) under the tutelage of Dr. Vijay P. Bhatkar, a renowned scientist and architect of PARAM series of Supercomputers. He worked as head of QA department in the IT sector at different locations such as Chicago, Seattle and Milwaukee. He has done his PhD from Dr D Y Patil Vidyapeeth.
2. Mrs Supriya P. Patil Member Nominee of the Trust Mrs. Supriya P. Patil, is a social activist who is instilling civic, environmental, and social values in the students.

8. Dr Lalit Prasad Member Faculty Representative Dr Lalit Prasad is working as an Associate Professor at DYPIMS. He has more than 12 years of teaching and research experience. He has been acknowledged as “Accredited Management Teacher (AMT)” by AIMA, New Delhi. He was conferred with the “Prashastri Patra” as a meritorious student of MBA in the year 2007 by Nagpur University. Academically, He was awarded Ph D by Savitribai Phule Pune University (Formerly University of Pune) in the year 2016.
9. Dr Nandini Desai Member Faculty Representative She has an experience of 13 years in teaching and 6 years in the industry. She has secured 5th rank in the merit list of successful candidates of Master of Business Administration course at the Shivaji University, Kolhapur. She is proficient in Team Building, Leadership and Motivation. Her area of expertise is Green Marketing, Life Skills, and Interpersonal Skills. She has published papers in various National Journals. She has successfully completed her M. Phil in General Management and obtained outstanding grade. She accomplishes her PhD in Marketing Management from Shivaji University, Kolhapur

13. Dr Kuldip S Charak Member Secretory Dr. Kuldip Charak is a man of versatility as he served in multiple societal sectors. Sir was the “Civilian Gazetted Officer” in the Ministry of Defence at various positions and at various places across the country for around 27 years including Core Training Faculty in one of the elite training establishments & National-level IT Project Coordinator under the Defence Accounts Dept.

College Development Committee (CDC)

1. There shall be a separate CDC for every affiliated college or institution, consisting of the following members.

  • President or Chairman of the management—Chairman.
  • Secretary of the management or his nominee.
  • Three local members representing different fields of the area, nominated by the management.
  • Three teachers, elected by the teachers of the college or institution;
  • One non-teaching employee, elected by the non-teaching employees of the college or institution.
  • Principal—Member-Secretary

2. The local managing or advisory committee shall meet at least twice a year.

3. Members elected or nominated shall have a term of five years.

4. The powers and duties of the local managing or advisory committee shall be to—

  • Prepare the budget and financial statements.
  • Recommend to the management the creation of the teaching and other posts.
  • Determine the programme of instruction and internal evaluation and to discuss the progress of studies in the college.
  • Make recommendations to the management for the improvement of the standard of teaching in the college.
  • Formulate proposals of new expenditure not provided for in the college budget.
  • Advise the Principal regarding the intake capacity of various classes, preparation of timetables, distribution of the available teaching workload and such other matters relating to the internal management of the college and discipline of the college students as may be referred to it by the principal, from time to time.
  • Consider and make recommendations on the inspection report, if any.
  • Consider and make recommendations on the report of the local inquiry committee, if any.
  • Prepare the annual report on the work done by committee for the year ending on the 30th of June and submit the same to the management, the Management Council of the university and to the concerned Director.
  • Perform such other duties and exercise such other powers as may be entrusted by the Management and the University.
